You are prohibited from using Thrivebot in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or this policy. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal Activities: Using Thrivebot to engage in or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, or distribution of illegal content.
- Harassment or Abuse: Using Thrivebot to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others, including sending abusive or offensive messages.
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited messages, flooding channels, or engaging in other spamming behaviors through Thrivebot.
- Malicious Use: Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or harm Thrivebot’s systems, including reverse-engineering, injecting malicious code, or overloading the bot with excessive requests.
- Inappropriate Content: Using Thrivebot to share or promote content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate, including hate speech or content that violates Discord’s Community Guidelines.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access Thrivebot’s systems, databases, or other users’ data without authorization.
- Misrepresentation: Impersonating others, including Thrivebot staff, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
- Violation of Intellectual Property: Using Thrivebot to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, as outlined in our DMCA Policy.
User Conduct
When using Thrivebot, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and this AUP.
- Respect the rights and privacy of other users, as outlined in our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy.
- Use Thrivebot in a manner that does not disrupt or interfere with its functionality or other users’ experiences.
- Follow the rules and guidelines of any Discord server where Thrivebot is active.
Enforcement
Thrivebot reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates this AUP. Actions may include:
- Issuing warnings to the user.
- Temporarily or permanently suspending access to Thrivebot’s services.
- Removing offending content or disabling specific features for the user.
- Reporting illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting Violations
If you believe a user is violating this AUP, please report the issue to us via one of the following methods:
- Direct message the bot owner (Username: @ocyeanic).
- Notify any staff member in our support server.
- Email support@thrivebot.in with details of the violation, including any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots, message IDs).
We will review reports promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with this policy.
